According to the SFIX lawsuit, the defendants made the following claims during the Class Period and/or omitted to disclose them:

Regarding the interdependence of the Company’s Fix and Freestyle programs, Stitch Fix continuously misled investors and dismissed allegations that the Freestyle program may undermine the Company’s long-standing Fix business. In particular, SFIX misled investors by repeatedly claiming that the Company’s Freestyle business was “an additive experience” and “complementary” to the Fix business, that “the combination of those two things will allow us to address many more types of clients,” and that “we see solid growth in both sides of the business.” SFIX was aware that the Freestyle program would be greatly preferred to the Company’s original Fix model and would unavoidably compete with the Company’s historical Fix business.

You have until October 25, 2022, if you suffered a loss in the SFIX Lawsuit, to ask the court to identify you as the lead plaintiff. You are not required to act as the lead plaintiff in order to participate in any recovery.
