(iii) the actions taken previously put the Company and/or its current and/or former subsidiaries at an increased risk of legal action and the high costs that go along with it;

(iv) The Company minimized the full extent and gravity of its financial exposure to, and/or liabilities associated with, the lawsuit brought against a subsidiary of IGT in April of 2018; and

(v)The Company’s public statements were thus materially false and deceptive at all pertinent times.
