International Game Technology Class Action Lawsuit IGT | Deadline December 13, 2022

Announcement! IGT lawsuit (International Game Technology class action lawsuit) has been filed on behalf of investors who bought IGT securities between March 16, 2018, and August 29, 2022.


The IGT lawsuit alleges that the defendants made false and/or deceptive statements and/or failed to disclose the following throughout the Class Period:

(iv) The Company minimized the full extent and gravity of its financial exposure to, and/or liabilities associated with, the lawsuit brought against a subsidiary of IGT in April of 2018; and

(v)The Company’s public statements were thus materially false and deceptive at all pertinent times.

You have until December 13, 2022, if you suffered a loss in IGT, to ask the court to designate you as the lead plaintiff. You are not required to act as the lead plaintiff in order to share in any recovery.
