According to the Generac Holdings lawsuit, the defendants are charged with making false and/or deceptive representations and/or failing to disclose the following during the Class Period:

(1) Despite the defendant’s assertions that “safety is important,” Generac’s SnapRS units, which are necessary for swiftly shutting down solar equipment in specific risky circumstances, were faulty;

(2) The malfunctioning SnapRS units caused warranty obligations that Generac failed to register in a timely manner.

(3) Despite assurances to the contrary, a single partner accounted for a significant portion of the company’s channel partner sales.
