Argo Group Class Action Lawsuit ARGO | Deadline December 20, 2022
An Argo Group class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of investors who bought Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. (ARGO) securities between February 13, 2018, and August 9, 2022.
The Argo lawsuit alleges that the defendants made false and/or deceptive statements and/or failed to disclose the following throughout the Class Period:
(i) Argo’s underwriting standards were not as prudent as they were represented to be, and its reserves were completely insufficient;
(ii) Argo’s underwriting standards were not as prudent as they were represented to be, and its reserves were completely insufficient; and
(iii) These policies were created outside of the company’s “main” business, for exposures in a few states that weren’t fully understood by investors and that the company would no longer continue to service.
You have until December 20, 2022, if you suffered a loss in Argo, to ask the court to designate you as the lead plaintiff. You are not required to act as the main plaintiff in order to share in any recovery.
